African Women Redefining Global Influence
On March 23, 2026, HERizon Africa successfully hosted its maiden Pan-African Women’s Conference at the China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) in Accra, Ghana.
The Summit convened over 100 multi-sector delegates from more than 25 diverse companies across 5+ African countries, including policymakers, diplomats, finance professionals, medical practitioners, educators, legal experts, NPOs and CSOs, private sector leaders, particularly in waste management and climate sustainability as well as representatives from think tanks and the technology sector.
96% of participants rated the Summit as highly impactful
A Pan-African forum convening women leaders & male allies
The Summit recorded a strong gender representation, with approximately 90% women and 10% men in attendance, reflecting both the core focus on women’s leadership and the growing commitment of male allies supporting gender equality across the continent.
